The Sr. Director of Data Transformation will be a key leader across transformational initiatives to simplify operations and enhance decision making through a governed, structured, and reliable data foundation across the Finance, Procurement and Supply Chain organization as we enable a Data and Reporting Center of Excellence. By leading product management for foundational data, business and reporting products, this leader will establish excellence strategically and operationally to ensure capabilities and priorities of the business are met across four main functions - *Lead the data and reporting leaders across workstreams for the ERP+ implementation *Capture data product requirements and initial/incremental development of foundational data subject areas to establish a trusted and governed data foundation *Manage business data and reporting sub-teams supporting Finance, Procurement and Supply Chain *Set the strategy and organize resources to implement data governance over foundational data including data domain and subdomain architecture, business ownership of domains and foundational products. Un-carrier Responsibilities This role will lead the implementation of the Elevate data strategy by standing up a new function to enable the D&R CoE focused on supporting business decisions through the sustainment of existing and development of new foundational, business, and analytics information products: Set strategy, roadmap, plans and priorities to enable effective development and execution of data, reporting and analytics insights and innovative solutions across multiple areas of the D&R CoE. Direct multiple teams of information product professionals to solve complex data challenges and opportunities, while managing resources to ensure strategic and operational objectives are met. Direct development of products that enable value through data-driven business decisions. Own relationships with diverse business stakeholders to understand current and anticipate future customer and business needs, understand business requirements, and define relevant strategic questions to support evolving business needs. Ensure continual monitoring of the D&R CoE information supply chain and external environment to challenge assumptions around information sources, business value, information architecture, tools, talent, partners, etc. Partner across other peer data teams to help accelerate and leverage data capabilities and insights to create a deeply data-driven culture. Drive the adoption of data-driven decision-making by promoting a data-driven culture throughout the organization. Oversee the development and implementation of data analytics frameworks and tools to derive actionable insights from large and complex datasets. Champion and communicate information product value and other key performance indicators to stakeholders. Build, make case for, and manage funding distribution in line with D&R CoE priorities.
