Job Overview: As the Senior Reporting and Forecasting Manager, you will deliver predictive solutions through partnering with and influencing other measurement, technical and business leaders, as well as analytics, data science, and IT products leaders. To achieve this, you will be responsible for architecting solutions, influencing the roadmap and portfolio of solutions, and contributing to the measurement of T-Mobile's values by modeling, contributing, and elevating the culture. You will get the opportunity to use your deep expertise in machine learning, probability theory and statistics, optimization theory, simulation, econometrics, Deep Learning and Natural Language Processing. While a primary goal is to advocate and establish best practices and measurement principles, you will also oversee the development of an end-to-end technical architecture for scalable measurement solutions and integrate them into the larger organization. You will design and drive core measurement modules to enable easy re-use across multiple products/models to ensure modeling consistency and determine technology strategy while articulating how technical strategy aligns with business goals. One will also help in technology evaluation and selection, as well as in creating technical product architectures, negotiate with Product Managers (PM) to ensure that the team has bandwidth to identify, prioritize and eliminate technical debt, and partner with business teams to translate business challenges into technical solutions. Key Responsibilities: Understand and translate business issues, partner requirements and expectations Collaborate and guide a team of analysts, data scientists / engineers who will research and develop production-grade reports, roadmaps, dashboards, diagnostic solutions and models (forecasting, anomaly detection, optimization, clustering, etc.) Work closely with the Engineering teams to convert those solutions into fully scalable products Active and effective collaboration with other project team members (other Data Scientist, Data Steward, Technology Engineers) Document, present findings and recommendations on methodology in a structured way to various business collaborator or partnering teams Provide visibility and insights into our product for leadership and feature teams through metric development, implementation, tracking and root cause/anomaly detection analyses Ability to tell stories with data, educate effectively, and instill confidence, motivating customers to act on recommendations Continually set the standard in automation, data quality and metrics, and performance/cost optimization Responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed Prepare and contribute to presentations required by management Desired Qualifications: 8-10 Years proven experience as a Dat
