This role involves owning the strategy for Enterprise Data Governance Organization Change Management. You will develop and implement strategies for data governance, including communication, training, and change management. Your goal will be to improve how we use, secure, consume, and manage data. This position requires collaboration with partners and leadership to drive engagement and build a data-driven culture. Responsibilities: Develop, strategize, and implement the Enterprise Data Governance Operating Model and Data Strategy. Collaborate with multi-functional teams to build communication and adoption strategies. Lead change initiatives and measure their efficiency. Develop coordinated communication plans focusing on business impact. Ensure message alignment across the organization. Use digital platforms and face-to-face channels for content delivery. Support crisis communications as needed. Supervise contractor resources for change management deliverables. Align messaging with internal and external audiences to support business priorities. Measure and report program impact based on stakeholder feedback and business results. Build and promote improved communication standards and methods. Develop training and knowledge transfer materials. Address communication needs proactively and escalate issues appropriately. Communicate concisely and optimally with various audiences. Foster collaboration and transparency with team members, partners, and customers. Build relationships with business partners to improve solutions. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 7+ years' demonstrated ability developing content for multiple audiences and channels. 6+ years' experience leading multi-functional teams. Superb communication, writing, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong leadership abilities with a focus on servant leadership. Proficiency in translating sophisticated concepts into clear, engaging content. Ability to collaborate and influence without authority. Proven project management skills with attention to detail. Adaptability to changing priorities and ambiguity. Ability to call out issues and provide strategic counsel.
