You Are: UST is looking for a Sr. Data Architect who is self-driven, can lead a team of Data engineers working on an Onshore-Offshore model collaborating with customer SMEs. The Opportunity: Design, build and deploy efficient & reliable data pipelines to move and transform data. Optimize existing pipelines and maintenance of all source-related data pipelines. Support on-call shift as needed to support the team. Build and deploy extensive data quality checks to ensure high quality of data Build high-performance scalable data warehouses and data products. Partner with leadership, engineers, product managers and data scientists to understand data needs. Improve existing data movement frameworks and add more features. This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required. What you need: Extreme focus on automation Expert level SQL skills Data Modeling CI/CD Pipeline and DevOps practices Agile fundamentals Prior use of Jira and GitLab Skills needed - Azure Services Azure DataBricks Python Azure Data Factory GitLab Data Modeling Data Analysis Test Automation SQL Snowflake Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below. Role Location: Washington Compensation Range: $112,000-$168,000 Our full-time, regular associates are eligible for 401K matching, and vacation accrual and are covered from day 1 for paid sick time, healthcare, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance benefits.
