T-Mobile's Strategy and Corporate Development ("S&CD") team is looking for a Senior Business Analysis Manager who can turn data and models into insights and insights into action. T-Mobile's S&CD team is an internal consulting team that works with executive leaders from across the company. Leveraging deep problem-solving skills, the team delivers insights and helps leaders make critical strategic and operational decisions. This role owns analytical projects that tackle complex and ambiguous problems to drive transformational change for our customers (e.g. Customer-Driven Coverage). Job Responsibilities: You will be a Senior Business Analysis Manager in S&CD, a position that requires strategic and analytic thinking, the ability to influence team members and executives cross-functionally, and an appetite for change and innovation. You will structure analyses, oversees development of complex models, and leads small teams to deliver big insights to internal clients. You will have the opportunity to: Independently structure and drive projects. Work with S&CD Managers and Senior Analysts and provide guidance on professional development through project work. Education: Bachelor's degree, quantitative fields preferred (e.g., Economics, Business, Statistics, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering) Work Experience: 7 - 10 years of relevant strategy or analytical work experience with some level of familiarity with tech, telecommunications, or consumer businesses Experience working on cross-functional projects Track record of demonstrating a high level of achievement Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and SQL skills Structured thinker. You can break ambiguous problems into pieces using a hypothesis-driven approach. You can structure multiple workstreams and identify interdependencies. Rock-star problem solver. You can perform a broad array of analytical capabilities, including the ability to build complex dataset and models to drive insights. You are comfortable both with independently developing models and overseeing the development of models. Data analyzer.
