Also, Text analytic experience is perferred You will need the ability to extract the big picture through data modeling and analysis and formulate robust viewpoints. This position also requires excellent presentation and communication skills as this position will be required to effectively manage client relationships. Job Responsibilities: Key contributor to the insights, Benchmarking and quality strategy for all of TFB (T-Mobile for Business) Assist team to develop business initiatives that deliver on that strategy Support Insights & Benchmarking team to continually optimize the current/future survey landscape plan and ensure the data transferred between T-Mobile USA and survey vendors is adequately provided from TMO databases, to the survey vendors for the needs of the survey. Conduct economic and data analysis that provide fact based viewpointsaround return on investment for Insights, Benchmarking and quality activities/programs and related subjects Apply thematic outputs to conduct economic modeling and/or synthesize decision analysis Maintain up-to-date knowledge of strategic frameworks, insight industry trends, and corporate and customer drivers in order to improve, reengineer or maintain insight platforms. Construct executive level presentations and present complex analytical findings in clear, concise, and decision-impacting manner Develop and manage positive client relationships in a collaborative team environment Ability to breakdown data sets via SQL to integrate into team's Data Tables Knowledge of how to Integrate survey vendor data into TMO systems in partnership with RIS and larger TMO data teams. Ability to mold existing survey data in digestible actionable data tables until integration is available. Analyzing the text analytics program to ensure the most valuable insights are applies. Education: Bachelor's Degree Data analysis, data science, decision science, similar quantitative fields or equivalent practical experience (Required) Work Experience: 7-10 years Analytics experience solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches Reporting & analyzing performance & data visualization (Tableau, Power BI, etc.): Advanced analytics, which includes SQL analysis of complex datasets, competitive analysis, quantitative analysis & research Experience with Razr, Snowflake, R, Go or similar statistics or data science language preferred.
