The Media Analytics team provides actionable insights to boost paid media efficiency and drive business outcomes through data-driven analytics, attribution models, ad testing, and forecasting. The Sr Business Analysis Manager provides these insights to help leaders make strategic decisions and shape T-Mobile's long-term vision. They are responsible for analysis and reporting using techniques like statistics, data science, data mining, machine learning, and business intelligence software. This role is available at our Bellevue, WA HQ and offers three days in office hybrid work scenario! What you'll do in your role Interact with various teams across the T-Mobile to provide insights, analysis and recommendations that deliver data-driven, optimized experiences. Serve as a key point of contact in providing data and reporting solutions to drive enterprise results, including reports, dashboards, visuals, and self-service environments. Define product feature and campaign success metrics and benchmarks. Question results and find meaningful insights; not just report numbers. Apply analytical and modeling capability to enhance decision making across a range of options and present findings and recommendations for prioritization of resources to all levels of the organization. Construct executive-level presentations and present complex analytical findings in clear, concise and decision-impacting manner. Possess the ability to influence leadership through fact-based analysis. The experience you'll bring Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as engineering, science, mathematics, information systems; MBA, MS, or PhD a plus 7+ years experience in solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches. Reporting & analyzing performance & data visualization (Tableau, Power BI, etc.). Advanced analytics, which includes SQL analysis of complex datasets, competitive analysis, quantitative analysis & research Experience with Python, R, Go or similar statistics or data science language preferred. Attention to detail, yet also handle multiple workstreams concurrently and work in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional at using wide ranging datasets to deliver broad analysis and insights to enhance value creation and return on investment. Ability to build relationships, influence and communicate complicated analysis, logic, and solutions in a clear and concise manner at the executive level and provide decision support, analysis and recommendations that help to drive effective execution of initiatives.
