This person will support x3 Directors and x1 or Sr Director while also helping support administrative needs of larger team/department. May handle confidential information. Job Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage schedules, arrange appointments, travel, meetings, conference calls, events, time off, etc. Using an array of business software applications (e.g. word processing, presentation and spreadsheets), prepare presentations, departmental reports and organizational charts. Research, compile and proof word processing assignments. Prioritize, plan and organize multiple projects simultaneously, prepare and monitor invoices and expense reports. May assist with compiling and developing annual budget. Provide information to callers, coordinate messages, file maintenance, manage department office supplies and mail, attend meetings and keep notes on meeting content. Maintain full understanding and knowledge of office practices and act as resource for business unit's policies and procedures. May file help desk tickets to update/correct permissions. Education: High School Diploma/GED () Work Experience: 4-7 years Experience of providing administrative support. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
