The successful candidate for this position must be located in Overland Park, KS or Bellevue, WA * The Sr. Architect plays a crucial role in driving business growth by managing proposal development, optimizing bid processes and leveraging technology for efficiency. This role is responsible for selecting, integrating, architecting and maintaining software tools that support bid and proposal automation. Additionally, oversees vendor relationships ensuring cost-effective, high-quality, services and tools that enhance bid success rates. Software Tools & Technology Management *Evaluate, select, and implement bid and proposal automation software (e.g., RFx management tools, AI-driven content libraries, CRM integration). Maintain and improve existing proposal management tools to ensure seamless workflow. Work with IT and security teams to ensure compliance with data protection policies and cybersecurity best practices. Develop and manage digital repositories for bid templates, pricing models, and past proposals. 2. Proposal Automation & Solution Architecture Architect and optimize the automation of bid workflows using AI, machine learning, and process automation tools. Define and implement scalable, automated content management systems for proposals and RFP responses. Integrate proposal automation software with CRM and document management systems. Collaborate with developers and software vendors to enhance customization and integration of bid automation tools. 3. Vendor & Stakeholder Management Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with third-party vendors providing bid-related software and services. Ensure vendors meet performance, compliance, and security requirements. Conduct regular vendor assessments and market research to evaluate emerging technologies for bid management. Lead contracts, SLAs, and procurement processes related to bid management tools and services. Experience with API integrations and workflow automation using tools like Power Automate. Familiarity with AI-driven proposal writing tools and workflow automation solutions. Minimum Qualifications: Experience: 5+ years in bid management, proposal automation or procurement technology. Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MSOffice Suite, proposal automation tools and content management systems, and design tools. Education: A bachelor's degree in marketing, communication
