Job DescriptionResponsible for facilitating resolution of property matters related to telecommunications cell sites.ResponsibilitiesWork as part of a team to support the needs of network operations and cell site development expedite resolution of landlord grievances and legal issues, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions of the lease.Acts a primary liaison to landlord to resolve cell site related issues in a timely manner to minimize disruption to operations and mitigate business risk.Specific duties include supporting Field Ops Technicians and vendors for impeded access issues, handling landlord issues and grievances including but not limited to property damage claims, payment disputes, temp relocation of equipment, and collecting necessary information and involving appropriate departments in the proper actions required to resolve the issues, ensuring both are in compliance with terms and conditions of the lease within established department timelines.Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.Qualifications2 years lease administration or property management experience or specific wireless/telecommunications experience related to site development.Must have proven ability to:Interpret lease language and real estate documents.Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and determine appropriate sense of urgency.Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team; ability to solve problems creatively and resourcefully Demonstrate proper judgment in managing difficult situationsAbility to effectively communicate and negotiate with sensitive Landlords.Must be proficient with MS Office Programs and aptitude for learning new software and databases quickly and have strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills.Minimum Qualifications* At least 18 years of age.* Legally authorized to work in the United States.* High School Diploma or GED.* Pre-employment background screen.Company ProfileT-Mobile U.S. Inc.
