Spectraforce Technologies Inc. Sourcing Manager - IV in Bellevue, Washington
Title: Sourcing Manager - IV Location: Bellevue, WA- 98006 Duration: 7 months Hybrid role 3+ days a week onsite. 4+ at start would be good when they are ramping up. Responsibilities: Leading sourcing activities of moderate complexity and providing support for complex or strategic initiatives. Lead sourcing activities of moderate complexity. Define commodity and supplier strategies. Adopt best-practice commodity management and strategic sourcing processes. Track category performance relative to targets and conduct supplier reviews for assigned suppliers. Communicate clearly with procurement leadership, business stakeholders and team about strategies, contracts, and project updates. Provide coaching to junior staff, as needed. Provide support for highly complex or strategic initiatives. Assigned tasks may include: - Analyze supply market and current supply base. Build business case. Build RFx and auction. Negotiate contract provisions. Track and report category performance against targets. On-board suppliers. Conduct supplier performance reviews. Monitor contract execution. Forecast demand. Identify and recommend future sourcing opportunities Technology Requirements: At least 7 years relevant experience required. Some ERP planning experience is good, demand/supply or allocation planning, any works - preferably in SAP or 09 but not necessary. What does a typical day look like: Analyzing data, making retail replenishment decisions, allocation decisions and supply purchasing decisions. Preferred background/prior work experience: Telecom and supply chain. Priority soft skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, and organization skill, role can be chaotic.
