Lassen Peak, Inc. Solutions Engineer (Build/Testing) in Bellevue, Washington
DUTIES: Writing, testing and integrating solutions. Will work with the signal processing team and cloud team to develop solutions for systems management and related functions and then confer them with the product team. Will develop information systems by designing, developing, and installing software solutions. Work will include studying information needs, conferring with users, and studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes executing full lifecycle software development. Will gather user requirements, defining system functionality, and produce specifications and determine operational feasibility. As needed, develop software verification plans and quality assurance procedures, document and maintain software functionality, and troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing systems. Duties will also include writing code, and performing other duties as required.
Remote work/work at home may be permitted within commuting distance of the company's Bellevue, WA office.
REQUIRED: Education: At least a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, engineering, science, math or any technical field. Experience: At least 4 years in position offered or in cloud/IT engineer. Skills: Cloud infrastructure; Python, C / C++; secure, Multi-tenant, cost effective, and elastic architectures; Cloud based automated test and debugging; Cloud based CI/CD Tools and Build systems; Cloud component lifecycle management; IaaS solutions; Linux administration; command-line tools and scripting; server and storage virtualization; CCNA wireless; MCSA; Exchange Server; vSAN; vSphere ICM V7; Docker/Kubernetes.
SALARY RANGE: $155,418 to $155,418 per year
