Description:

This client's HR Digital Portfolio is experiencing some growth across a number of programs. They will be working heavily to Scope, Integrate and Stand Up ServiceNow as their Enterprise Service Ticket Management System. It will touch the whole company, and everyone uses it to communicate and request work from all of our enterprise teams for operations support activities and tasks. Will work with a lead FTE BSA. Need to be very well versed in BSA functions, experience in Backoffice enterprise systems like ServiceNow. Will need to understand some of the complexities they'll deal with because there are many stakeholders involved, multiple teams, typical complex projects. They will also work with our systems integrator, who will help with the technical work. Engineering Ops experience would make sense.
