Job Duties:
Technical Leadership: Take ownership of projects, features, and critical decisions. Mentor junior team
members through pair programming, code reviews, and technical training sessions.
Solution Design: Investigate, prototype and develop solutions for intricate customer challenges.
Influence the adoption of new technologies.
Collaboration: Work closely with Architects, Project Managers, and QA professionals to deliver
enterprise-class software solutions.
Documentation: Clearly document your technical solutions, ensuring concise and effective
communication.
Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with current technologies and tools relevant to your field.
Required Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering (preferred).
Experience: 7-10+ years in software engineering.
Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in a variety of languages and development frameworks.
Deep Knowledge: Proficiency in Java, C, or C++ and object-oriented design principles.
Agile Mindset: Ability to thrive in an agile, fast-paced environment with frequent change and ambiguity.
Technology Stack: Familiarity with web services, JSON, REST architectures, and client-side technologies (AJAX,
JavaScript).
Cloud Experience: Exposure to cloud solutions (e.g., AWS) is a plus.
Communication: Precise, efficient, and effective communication skills.
Autonomy: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Problem-Solving: Efficiently resolve complex issues and manage multiple tasks.
Collaboration: Strong team player who contributes to technology development.
US Citizenship is required.

- Previous consulting experience preferred
We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a salary range of $150,000 to $170,000. Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline.
