Microsoft Corporation Senior Program Manager in Bellevue, Washington

We are looking for a technical program manager to work across all Teams feature teams to deliver Teams into special clouds. Special clouds offer M365 features to customers with additional requirements such as ensured data residency or network isolation. This Program Manager will identify requirements for each environment, design and lead development of Teams features specialized for those environments, and work to optimize deployment of dependencies and services enabling Teams in special clouds.

Responsibilities

  • Gather requirements and writespecificationsfor Teamsinspecial clouds. This will require working closely withinternalPMs and engineersin various partner teams such as Azure & Office 365.

  • Lead delivery of Teams (and new features) into special cloud environments

  • Present to management & customers a roadmap for feature delivery.

  • Provide technical and product leadership to a team of highly passionate engineers.

  • Work closely with partner teams, building trust and influencing how they can helpdeliver requirements for special clouds.

  • Remain current on industry best practicesas well as those used across other Microsoft products.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product or Program Manager.

  • A minimum of aBachelor’sdegree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalentalternativeeducation, skills,and/or practical experienceis required.

  • Great written, presentation, and verbal communications skills that canappliedacross organizationallevels

  • Good influencer – able to influence other teams based on customers need for compliance and security features forTeams

  • Ability to build trust with customers & internal and external partners through quality delivery andintegrity

  • Good product foundation & ability to learn quickly.

Preferred

  • United Statescitizenship (required for some special cloud projects)

  • Experienceworking ondelivering cloud services forthe USgovernmententities orcontractors
