In this technical Product Manager role, you’ll be responsible for taking Microsoft Whiteboard’s cloud services to the next level. Ensuring customers are getting a fantastic experience with fast, reliable and scalable services that meet their security, privacy and compliance needs. Expect to be more focused on business outcomes and less on project management. You’ll interact with customers directly to understand their needs and partner with engineering, design, legal, compliance and data science teams to deliver great results.

Responsibilities

  • Identify new opportunities based on market needs, customer insights and product strategy

  • Develop plans that align engineering efforts to opportunities and business goals

  • Manage a backlog of product investments

  • Iterate on solutions based on customer feedback and data until the right results are achieved

Qualifications

Required:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management working on cloud services

  • Experience with software and/or service development lifecycle

  • Experience in translating customer insights into success metrics and product requirements

  • Experience giving presentations

Preferred:

  • Experience with (SDK) Software Development Kit
