Description
Sellers are listing their products for sale on the Amazon Marketplace, these Sellers are increasingly critical to delivering on Amazon’s vision of offering the Earth’s largest selection and lowest prices. In our vision to build a global marketplace, we will provide easy-to-use tools enabling Sellers to make intuitive choices about how they send their inventory into Amazon’s Fulfillment Network in order to make their selection available to customers globally.
Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) is looking for a Sr. Program Manager to join a dynamic team at the forefront of this vision, to grow our suite of inbound solutions, creating a richer end-to-end Seller experience while improving FBA profitability. This role will own the internal and external communication strategy, adoption strategy, and continuous improvements for a strategic, global inbound supply chain program. The Sr. Program Manager will develop and report on business metrics that enable your program goals, work cross functionally with product, finance, engineering, and analytics stakeholders, and develop automation mechanisms to drive scalability.
Key job responsibilities
Operate autonomously to build, develop and manage the communication and adoption strategy of a critical inbound supply chain initiative
Set delivery/completion dates of program milestones and establish a regular review cadence to report on the state and impact of your initiatives according to established goals
Utilize metrics to deep-dive into issues and uncover business-driving trends and patterns. Set-up mechanisms to audit and perform necessary course corrections where needed to meet business objectives
Partner closely with other program/product managers, category teams, operations associates and tech leads to deliver on your roadmap
Drive alignment with senior leaders and key cross-functional partners
Make prioritization and trade-off decisions balancing customer experience, Seller experience, and business value
Implement mechanisms to drive efficiency and automation of internal processes

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of program or project management experience
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of driving process improvements experience
Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
