We're seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Senior Program Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you'll be at the forefront of maintaining and expanding our DSP volume share allocation product offering, ensuring our partners have the resources they need to thrive. Your keen eye for operational efficiency will be put to the test as you oversee the day-to-day operations of volume share, including periodic refreshes to account for observed DSP performance.

As our network grows, you'll play a crucial role in monitoring new and transferring DSPs, ensuring their route growth aligns with our expectations and setting them up for success. Your ability to build strong partnerships will be invaluable as you collaborate with planning functions to measure, control, and swiftly respond to volume share variations. Key job responsibilities

  • Strategically maintain and expand DSP volume share allocation product offering to optimize network efficiency and partner satisfaction.

  • Take ownership of day-to-day operations and oversight of volume share, including implementing and managing periodic refreshes.

  • Proactively monitor and support new and transferring DSPs' route growth, developing strategies to ensure successful onboarding and long-term success.

  • Cultivate strong partnerships with planning functions to accurately measure, effectively control, and swiftly respond to volume share variations, minimizing disruptions.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with field operations and functional leaders to influence and enhance capacity planning and management strategies across the network.

  • Develop, present, and drive actionable insights through leadership business reviews, focusing on the volume share product roadmap and its impact on overall business objectives.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience

  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of driving process improvements experience

  • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
