UiPath Inc Senior Product Designer in Bellevue, Washington

Job location: 10900 NE 8th Street, Suite 400, Bellevue, WA 98004 Job Reference #: 400326 Perform and deliver research and analysis, concept development, User Experience (UX) design, User Interface (UI) design, prototyping and testing, design documentation, and presentations. Drive a variety of product initiatives across UiPath's Products. Collaborate and partner with other designers and design leadership to develop new and innovative products outside and within our existing product lines including UiPath's Studio, Orchestrator, and Cloud Automation platforms. Work with key partners, research, product owners, and engineers to understand customer needs and behaviors. Assimilate this information to deliver exceptionally designed experiences that break new ground for new products and platforms such as Automation Ops, Action Center, and Process Mining. Craft design artifacts like scenarios, wireframes, process flows, high-fidelity comps, prototypes, and videos to test, evangelize and deliver your ideas. Design User Interface prototypes and artifacts for web and mobile platforms. Translate conceptual ideas into exceptional design solutions at scale. Validate ideas through usability testing and verify that designs have been executed successfully. Partner with design and product teams to establish design and user experience guidelines across our platforms. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Human Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Industrial Design or related field. Five (5) years of progressive experience in User Experience, Interaction Design or Product Design fields or combination thereof. Employer will accept a Master's degree in Interaction Design, Human Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Industrial Design or related field and three (3) years of experience in User Experience, Interaction Design or Product Design fields or combination thereof in lieu of a Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of progressive experience as described above. Academic coursework, internship, or work experience to include: 2 years of experience in Quantitative and Qualitative Research methodologies, including: user interviews, heuristic evaluation, and telemetry and usability studies; 2 years of experience in User Experience design (UX) and User Interface (UI) methodologies including: prototyping, wireframing, journey mapping, and user scenarios using Figma or Adobe Creative Suite; 2 years of experience in web application languages including at least 2 of the following: HTML, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Java, Webflow, Storybook, C++, Objective-C, Python, PERL, PHP, REST, or JSON; Design portfolio showcasing a breadth of design work with an emphasis on user-centered design methodologies; and Experience leading and mentoring junior designers.
