Together, we won't stop! Job Overview Join our dynamic Go-To-Market (GTM) team as a Sr. Manager! We're on the hunt for a passionate leader to spearhead enterprise planning, GTM tool management, and strategic initiative execution across T-Mobile's diverse lines of business. Job Responsibilities: Own and oversee the GTM execution of all T-Mobile initiatives across all departments in the enterprise - marketing, commercial, sales, care, product Manage a team to deliver GTM deliverables on all initiatives within the portfolio Supporting alignment of a cross functional executive team on mid and long-term priorities and ensuring socialization of decisions. Own GTM meeting to ensure readiness to launch all customer impacting programs-new offers, products/services, devices and messages. Product experience (customer and rep) and readiness including risk management, pain points, and mitigation. Leader alignment on concept, experience, and contingencies. Channel readiness - including training, sales tools, compensation Own the vision and development of GTM tool that is the single source of truth for all initiatives. Used by enterprise at all levels executive to working team. Includes enterprise calendar, initiative summary, work back, status, workflow management and more. Set a vision and continually improve the process for intaking and approval of new initiatives. Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed. Education: Bachelor's Degree (Required) () Work Experience: 10 years marketing and/or relevant experience (Preferred) 7+ years of cross functional leadership experience and experience facilitating and leading strategic planning efforts and driving alignment across an organization (Required) Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Experience with strategic business planning processes in large organizations; ability to lead, facilitate and advise cross functional leaders aligning them to a common purpose (Required) Experience managing, mentoring, motivating and growing a mature and goal-driven functional team; must have strong history of developing people, both technically and individually. (Required) Experience partnering with internal stakeholders (including senior Management) (Required) Experience working in a demanding, fast-paced environment (Required) Experience leading and developing high-powered teams (Required) Excellent interpersonal, presentation, oral, and written communication, and negotiation skills; as candidate will interact with a variety of management levels including executives.
