Freshworks Inc. Senior Director of Insights and AI in Bellevue, Washington
Manage a high-performing team of data scientists and research scientists. Utilize deep subject matter expertise in Data Science and Research Science to lead a team developing predictive models (Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning models) to guide leadership decision making across Sales, Marketing, Support and Engineering functions. Work closely with senior executives and business leaders to identify opportunities for data-driven insights and solutions, including identifying innovative use of ML/AI models or generate AI models (such as Chat GPT) to improve the experience Freshworks provides to its customers. Travel approx. once per quarter to U.S. HQ (Calif.) and India HQ, and 1-2 times per year to regional offices (U.S., Europe, Asia and/or Australia).Part-time telecommuting allowed. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or a related field, and 60 months of experience.
