We are searching for a Senior Corporate Counsel to join Broadcom's Corporate, Compliance, Cybersecurity and ESG Legal Group. This position will report to the Senior Associate General Counsel. The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player with experience in corporate securities and ESG matters. This is an exciting opportunity to join a legal team in a dynamic, fast-paced and collegial environment. Responsibilities: Assist in preparing securities-related filings, including Form-10-Ks, Form 10-Qs, Form 8-Ks, Form S-3s, Form S-8s, proxy statements and Section 16 reports. Assist in developing and maintaining programs and policies for securities-related compliance, including trading windows, Regulation FD and Nasdaq listing standards. Lead the drafting of the ESG Report and all components related to the ESG Report. Lead the interpretation and application of the new and pending ESG-related rules and regulations. Assist in preparing materials for the Board and committee meetings, including the annual stockholder meetings. Assist in supporting the global equity team. Assist with other general corporate matters. Qualifications: J. D. from an accredited law school and member in good standing of the bar. Minimum 8 years of experience focused on corporate securities, including in-house. Experience working in a fast-paced environment. Strong work ethic and ability to juggle numerous matters at once and produce high-quality work under tight deadlines. A goal-oriented team player with the ability to influence and drive change in a fast-paced complex organization, including the ability to interface at multiple levels of the organization. Willingness to take on additional tasks and projects outside of core areas of expertise. Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills. Additional Job Description: Compensation and Benefits The annual base salary range for this position is $141,000 - $255,000. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
