Microsoft Corporation Senior Content Developer in Bellevue, Washington
The Dynamics 365 Content Experience team is looking for a self-sufficient, results-oriented, and experienced Content Developer who can delve into complex product areas and deliver great content in a fast-paced continuous publishing environment. We’re looking for a Content Developer with excellent technical writing skills in US English and experience writing content that helps business users be successful using our products. Dynamics 365 Content Experience team is part of the greater C+AI Design Studios Team.
As a Senior Content Developer on our team, you will be responsible for the content strategy and content delivery for Dynamics 365 Human Resources. This includes developing conceptual, procedural, troubleshooting, and end-to-end documentation in a variety of deliverable formats, including Help, videos, and training content.
You will develop close working relationships with product team members and partner with them and other stakeholder teams to plan and deliver the content for each release milestone. The position also includes regularly tracking customer feedback about your documentation and suggesting improvements to existing content models based on data.
Five or more years of experience leading or creating technical documentation, training, or other information for business users and/or IT professionals.
Excellent English-language writing skills and prior experience interacting with software developers, program/product managers, and other technical writers to plan and deliver clear, easy-to-understand technical documentation.
Experience creating and managing content using GitHub and Markdown.

Knowledge of Dynamics 365 or software for business users and/or IT professionals.
Creative approach to problem solving, finding your way through ambiguity, inspiring others to innovate and try new things, and a passion for creating great content experiences.
Knowledge of trends in the user assistance, training, or content publishing industry.
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
