We're looking for an experienced Senior Business Operations Manager to drive and own highly visible project leadership and management for cross-functional projects, initiatives and product launches as well as executive business office support on the Communications & Community Engagement Team. You'll have accountability for developing and governing a customized project management framework for the team that consists of PMO processes, controls and assurance activities, meeting strategic objectives, and ensuring deliverables are met within scope and approved budget parameters. Reporting to the Director, Operations Strategy & Business Planning, this role will also support the executive business office as the team drives strategic alignment, business operations, communications, organizational health and change management. The Senior Business Operations Manager requires the ability to work with minimal direction, the capacity to move quickly and be flexible while delivering high-quality results. Responsibilities What You'll Do in Your Role - Develop a project management framework specific to the unique projects, initiatives and product launches on the Communications & Community Engagement Team. Lead and contribute to the ongoing business process improvement efforts to drive role clarity, accountability, and efficiency. Serve as key liaison and communicator between multiple stakeholders across the enterprise to define objectives, strategy and KPI's to measure performance against goals and evaluate results. Ensure end-to-end accountability of project team to deliver and meet expectations, oversee day-to-day project deliverables, and identify project roadblocks, risks and customer pain points while creating cross-functional action plans to overcome them. Requires the ability to recognize appropriate escalations to leadership. Develop and manage all schedules, communications, and deliverables for projects, initiatives and product launches through conception, execution and final go-to-market launch. Provide regular status updates to management, summarizing key issues and required actions with clear accountability and ownership outlined. Support an effective rhythm of the business and optimize continuously while keeping a pulse on organizational health that includes key processes and metrics to enable operational excellence. Orchestrate and facilitate group events, meeting agenda, logistics, and follow-ups across the team consistent with priorities, goals and long-term vision of the team. Build and drive communications focused on reinforcement of the team's mission, strategy, culture and employee engagement. Drive key projects and initiatives including internal and external storytelling, business analysis, budgeting/reporting, and ad-hoc request. Qualifications The Experience You'll Bring - Bachelor's degree in addition to 7+ years demonstrated experience as a Project / Go-to-Market leader working within a Communications/Marketing/Creative department or agency. Demonstrated knowledge and application of Project Management principles and methodology - PMP certification preferred. Advanced skills for Microsoft Office Suite. Extremely organized, highly accountable and 5+ years' demonstrated experience leading process improvements efforts, supporting high-profile product launch events and implementing innovative solutions to solve business problems.
