Position Title: Global Private Equity Operations Specialist

Global Private Equity, Operations Specialist is responsible for helping to develop, launch and analyze strategic partnerships with Private Equity (PE) & Venture Capital (VC) firms to fuel high growth for Concurs direct sales teams. This individual will be responsible for helping to research new partnership opportunities, generating analyses and reporting for internal and external use, ensure accuracy in database for PE accounts and prospects and work collaboratively with the Concur PE team to maximize revenue from each partnership. The successful candidate will be results driven, a self-starter, work collaboratively, have excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects at once. execute both directly and indirectly through other teams at Concur and through partner organizations. This candidate will possess strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.
Help research new PE/VC partner prospects who will become high quality, engaged partners with Concur
Maintain portfolio lists and key contacts at portfolio companies
Generate portfolio and pricing analyses using existing models for use in new partner negotiations and update portfolio
and pricing analyses for existing partnerships to track penetration and identify areas of optimization
Utilize internal PE/VC tools for database management, reporting, analysis and targeting of new partnerships
Compile quarterly reporting for existing partners highlighting key metrics such as progress toward targets, portfolio penetration & next steps for continued success
Assist with marketing campaigns to drive pipeline and ARR development from PE portfolio companies
Manage database updates with Field Services team
Develop and effectively manage internal relationships necessary to reach mutually beneficial objectives and the cross-functional commitments to achieve them
Operate under moderate supervision.
Be aware of, and comply with, all corporate policies.
Education, Experience & Training required:
BA/BS or equivalent experience.
Experience in one or more of the following: Software as a service (Saas), sales, marketing, operations, or project management
Ability to pass a background check.

Effective communication skills (written, verbal and presentation)
Strong analytical skillsand attention to detail
Demonstrated presentation and persuasion skills
Effective at coordinating efforts across a diverse organization in the execution of key initiatives
Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint, previous experience with SFDC preferred
