We are looking for an individual with both operational and technical aptitude, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills to be the Sales Technology Product Specialist. As the primary person responsible for delivering technical administration of Salesforce based applications you will be delivering critical daily Sales needs to our frontline Field Sales employees. Partnering with Senior Sales Leadership and key stakeholders to capture upcoming business priorities and translate them into standardized visit plans, tasks, and activities that our frontline team will need to execute and gain the critical business outcomes needed. As an individual contributor will be expected to demonstrate the ability and knowledge required to execute multiple Salesforce Automation (SFA) platforms such as Spring Mobile and Salesforce. If you have Salesforce Administrative experience and are comfortable being a subject matter expert and trainer, staying current on Salesforce trends, best practices, and new releases then this is the role for you. Responsibilities: Manage and administer our complete Salesforce suite of products, including user management, security, data quality, workflows, reports, dashboards, and integrations Perform quality control checks to deliver candid critical feedback on applications throughout development to maintain expected standards Serve as a subject matter expert on sales & productivity applications used across sales operations Analyze and document business requirements from Sales Leaders to design solutions, create technical plans and implement them Keep abreast of technology trends, best practices, and new releases related to Salesforce automation. Liaise with CONA solution managers to ensure product roadmap meets Swire's business requirements Provide training and support to sales users, resolve their queries and requests Develop business plans to prioritize capability roadmap Requirements Bachelor's Degree required Master's degree preferred 2+ years product management experience required 2+ years' experience training others required Salesforce certifications preferred (e.g., Administrator, Marketing Cloud Administrator, Advanced Administrator) #LI-Onsite #LI-AI1 Come and join our Sparkling team!
