Purpose and Objective:
Concur Technologies Inc. seeks a Sales Ops Business Partner Specialist at our Bellevue, WA location to enable the drive of aligned behaviors of the sales operations & strategy team to support the objectives of the sales organization, while analyzing and identifying opportunities for improvement and simplification through the lens of business impact.
Expectations and Tasks:
Support the successful alignment between the core field requirements and operational processes for efficient decision making and execution. Encourage the change and collaborate with the Centers of Expertise on rollout and enablement activities. Share information, consolidate reports, and utilize the right tools to provide insights and recommendations to sales leaders. Provide feedback, share requirements, highlight concerns, opportunities and best practices. Leverage forums to engage discussion and resolve challenges. Take and share accountability for effective end-to-end execution including the collaboration with Managed and Shared Services as well as other related teams within SAP. Execute relevant projects, providing hands-on support to the business. Understand the needs of stakeholders and enable a one-team approach for greater transparency and impact, expanding process standards to other lines of the business when of benefit. Closely collaborate with HR, Finance, and Marketing. Focus on influencing the respective sales leaders to enable that standards are cascaded throughout the Business Area of Business, aligning with local, regional, and global. 10% travel required.
Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Technology or related field of study and 1 year of experience required. The company will also accept a Master's degree and 0 years experience.
Experience or coursework must involve the following: Data Analysis Import, analyze and manipulate data using tools such as MS SQL, MS Excel, R-Studio; Information visualization Visualize/Report on data trends using key performance metrics with tools such as Tableau, Power BI; Data pipelining Establish data flow between multiple sources using ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) methodology; Web scraping Scrape websites for catching desired results from specific pages using APIs; Machine learning Ability to train a ML model to improve accuracy automatically gradually based on a provided subset; User experience testing & analysis Implement feedback based on interviews, surveys and user testing for multiple iterations and effectiveness of a process or policy; Project management Conceptualize a project life cycle and simulate the AGILE project development methodology to solve business problems. 10% travel required.
