Job Title: Director, Strategic Initiatives | Sales PMO The Director of Strategic Initiatives/Sales PMO reports to the Head of Global Sales Operations and collaborates closely with the Juniper Go-To-Market (GTM) leadership to translate strategic imperatives into actionable plans targeted at optimizing sales execution, increasing agility and enabling sales processes and tools to serve as a strategic lever for growth. The leader will be responsible for driving charter and entails both individual contribution and managing a team responsible for driving program management and change management best practices across strategic global programs that span policies, business processes, and systems in support of driving operational excellence. As a Director in Sales Ops, the ideal candidate must excel at decision-making, consensus building and conflict management across cross functional groups. Key to the success of this role is driving cross-functional alignment across the organization to identify field needs and how we can innovate quickly to drive on-time execution and adoption of sales programs. Key Responsibilities: Work as a trusted strategic business partner to GTM Leaders to execute sales organization-wide initiatives and/or represent sales in strategic cross-functional corporate initiatives Influence and align GTM stakeholders across theaters to drive global consistency, scalability and efficiency across Juniper worldwide Serve as GTM Sales Ops liaison for Juniper MandA activity to ensure operability and successful sales integration of acquired companies Prioritize projects based on alignment to corporate and GTM specific objectives and strategies Drive GTM change enablement and agility (Sponsorship, Communications, Training) Provide portfolio-wide view of risk, dependencies and scheduling to reflect the capability of the GTM organization to absorb change Spearhead annual Sales Productivity survey to solicit field input on supporting processes, tools and support functions Drive more efficient and effective use of limited resources, by matching demand and supply, and optimizing allocation of available resources Monitor and assess program execution (i.e. Delivery on-time, in budget, to-specification, achieving project benefits and values) Provide standardized reporting process, project tracking and status reporting Develop and track KPIs relevant to Sales efficiency and effectiveness, working with other leaders within the Sales Operations Organization Provide a set of standard tools and templates that can be leveraged across programs Drive Internal Communication Plan to drive awareness around Sales Ops activities Continually look for ways to improve and scale GTM business processes, leveraging internal and industry best practices to achieve greater scale, efficiency and/or effectiveness for the organization Required Skills/Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, MBA preferred 10+ years of relevant program management experience delivering operational and systems-oriented projects; PMP Certification is desirable 5+ Proven experience working within Sales Ops or GTM Operations to deliver world class sales transformational programs that drove significant change within a global organization Solid knowledge of sales processes and tools Strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to foster and maintain effective business par
