Description We are seeking a Sales Assistant to join our team in Bellevue, Washington. The role involves providing excellent in-store experiences and sales support within our retail stores, educating visitors about our products and services, and helping customers find the right product fit for their needs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent service and solutions to all current and future customers

• Stay updated with new products, features, and content

• Assist customers in finding the right product fit for their needs

• Meet or exceed established performance goals

• Contribute to all store activities including inventory management, merchandising, marketing, and other duties as assigned

• Engage in cross-departmental initiatives that may include Commercial Third Party Retail, Corporate Wellness, community events, and Member Support

• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently

• Maintain accurate customer credit records

• Utilize CRM to manage customer interactions and relationships

• Handle cash activities and transactions with precision

• Respond to and manage inbound customer calls. Requirements • Proficiency in utilizing ADP - Financial Services

• Experience in using Concur for expense management

• Familiarity with CRM systems and their usage

• Competence in working with Crystal Reports

• Ability to handle data processing tasks efficiently

• Experience with About Time software

• Comfortable with answering inbound calls

• Understanding of buying processes

• Experience in cash activity and cash handling

• Knowledge of sales techniques and principles

• Good communication skills, both verbal and written

• Ability to work well in a team

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Customer-oriented approach

• High school diploma; degree in Marketing or related field would be a plus.
