Description We are in search of a Sales Associate 1 to join our team in Bellevue, Washington. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their needs are met and their questions are answered. You will also be tasked with staying up-to-date on our products and services, and maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service and solutions to all current and potential customers.

• Stay updated with new products, features, and content.

• Assist customers in finding the right product fit for their needs, ensuring a satisfactory shopping experience.

• Meet or exceed established performance goals, contributing to the overall success of the team.

• Participate in all store activities including inventory management, merchandising, and marketing.

• Engage in cross-departmental initiatives that may include Commercial Third-Party Retail, Corporate Wellness, community events, and Member Support.

• Use your strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers.

• Display flexibility in your schedule, including the ability to work during peak business hours.

• Utilize your sales and service skills in a customer-centric environment, creating immersive customer experiences.

• Demonstrate your passion for fitness technology and our products, representing our brand with pride and enthusiasm.

• Handle physical requirements of the role, which may include long periods of standing and walking, as well as lifting items weighing 25 lbs or more. Requirements • Proficient in Customer Service and Sales

• Familiar with Reporting and Marketing strategies

• Knowledge of Merchandising and Retail industry

• Capable of Closing sales effectively

• Understanding of Disability Benefits

• Strong Written Communication skills

• Ability to work with Third Party entities

• Capable of Lifting merchandise as required

• Willingness to work Overtime

• Experience in organizing and participating in Community Events

• Ability to meet Performance Goals

• Experience in Retail Stores or Showroom settings

• Can provide Sales Support when necessary

• Proven Sales Record

• Must meet Physical Requirements of the role

• Knowledge of "About Time" software is a plus
