Description

We are looking for a Temporary Routing Specialist for a client based in Bellevue, Washington, United States. The role involves managing and optimizing routing systems, enhancing communication processes, and maintaining proficiency in Microsoft Suite. This is a contract role for an estimated 6+ months and is full time in office in Bellevue. Previous routing experience is a must have.

Responsibilities:

• Handle routing systems and ensure their efficient operation

• Enhance communication processes within the team to ensure seamless information flow

• Utilize Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel, for various tasks including managing spreadsheets and calculated fields

• Learn swiftly to adapt to the existing work environment and processes

• Utilize dispatching skills to ensure efficient routing

• Maintain a high level of proficiency in using routing systems such as Edulog, Transfinder, or Versatrans

• Foster an environment of continuous learning and skill development

• Collaborate with team members to handle and resolve routing related issues

• Use problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to routing systems.

Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Experience in dispatching

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Detail-oriented with high level of accuracy

• Ability to work in a team environment

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Strong organizational skills

• Knowledge of routing and logistics operations

• Ability to make decisions independently

• Strong customer service skills

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

• Must be able to work flexible hours when necessary
