T-Mobile USA, Inc. seeks Senior Analysts, Corporate Compliance in Bellevue, WA to responsible for a variety of roles to support the team, including building training effectiveness dashboards and reports using data such as employee engagement data, misconduct reporting data, and training interaction data to analyze the impact training has on employee behaviors. Perform Cornerstone Learning Management System Administrator functions such as loading and assigning enterprise-wide training content to selected audiences and manage training course refreshes and updates. Act as Subject Matter Expert and work with stakeholders and cross functional partners to establish technical specifications based on business requirements. Perform end-to-end analysis that includes data gathering, data mining, data processing and reporting while also providing insights and recommendations for program improvement to multiple levels of leadership. Develop and automate reports and other advanced solutions such as sentiment analysis, predictive analytics, and other analytical apps and bots to drive behavioral change and support training requirements. Ensure regulatory compliance and risk mitigation through delivery of reporting requirements and perform quality data audits to maintain accuracy. Extract and integrate data from multiple sources to create required data elements such as customized dedicated data sources that can be used by others to meet their reporting needs. Create detailed documentation and procedure manuals for reference while also recommending improvements to existing work processes to increase efficiency. Telecommuting is permitted, but applicants must live within a reasonable commuting distance. Experience and education requirements: PRIMARY REQUIREMENTS: Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology & Management, or related, and 3 years of relevant work experience. ALTERNATIVE REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology & Management, or related, and 5 years of relevant work experience. In addition, the following skills are required: (1) Using reporting tools including Tableau and Power BI to create self-service dashboards. (2) Performing data gathering and extraction by writing extensive SQL queries and performing query optimization. (3) Using advanced analytical tools including Alteryx for data mining and processing, and writing code in object-oriented programming languages including R/Python to achieve analytical/machine learning solutions. (4) Automating jobs/processes for daily reporting needs and using Microsoft Office products including Excel, PowerPoint, Power Apps, Power Virtual Agents, and Power Automate. T-Mobile requires all employees in this position to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19, unless precluded from doing so by applicable law.
