Move Forward with Volt Volt is immediately hiring for a Recruiting Coordinator in Bellevue, WA. As a Recruiting Coordinator you will: Responsibilities * Administer Outlook calendars and Applicant Tracking system * Schedule onsite and virtual interviews as well as phone screens. * Communicate with candidates via email, telephone and system generated messaging * Collaborate with recruiting team to provide optimal candidate and hiring manager experience * Arrange travel, accommodation, and meals for visiting candidates * Process and submit candidate travel and expense reimbursements * Update candidate records and job postings across various recruiting applications and tools * Update and maintain various reporting mechanisms using the Applicant Tracking System and Excel * Responsible for collection and storage of candidate materials * Prepare interview materials and consolidated feedback reports * Assist with coordination of other team activities as needed This is a full time opportunity. The ideal candidate will have: * Minimum of 2-years commercial experience in a recruiting coordinator position * Superb customer focus, attention to detail with strong organizational skills * Strong oral and written communication skills with ability to appropriately judge competing priorities, shift focus accordingly * Ability to problem solve, prioritize multiple and concurrent tasks * Ability to effectively navigate during occasional periods of ambiguity * Ability to apply sense of urgency where appropriate * Experience with Microsoft Office Suite. Preference for experience with or knowledge of various Applicant Tracking Systems * Ability to successfully complete assigned tasks in a fast paced, nimble environment * The successful candidate will possess a high degree of trust and integrity, communicate openly and display respect and a desire to foster teamwork.
