At T-Mobile, the Proposal Manager is a cornerstone of our success with public sector and enterprise customers who engage with us through competitive RFx processes. This role serves as both an entry point into our bid management function and a platform for building a rewarding career. As a Proposal Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in navigating the competitive landscape of the wireless industry, where your expertise in proposal management and active engagement will drive our success. This is a hybrid position required to be working in-office at least 3 days a week. Responsibilities: Initiate RFx Responses: Kick off the response process by thoroughly reviewing RFx documents, assessing the scope of the project, and assembling the core delivery team. Prepare Response Elements: Manage the preparation of essential response components, including inventory of forms, assisting with response templates, loading content into our automation tool, and securing bid bonds. Qualify Opportunities: Collaborate with the team to draft review agendas, filter key terms, analyze strengths/weaknesses/opportunities/threats (S/W/O/T), and recruit additional stakeholders as needed. Support Senior Proposal Managers: Assist by recording kickoff meetings, drafting summary notes, and providing crucial support throughout the pursuit. Build Responses: Work closely with senior proposal managers and stakeholders to gather and refine customer Q&A, publish daily call notes, adapt library content for customer relevance, and ensure 100% compliance with form content. Deliver Final Documents: Secure executive signatures, manage printing and shipping, and ensure timely delivery of the final response documents. Project Close-Out: Organize and archive documents, update records in our tools, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our content library. Ad Hoc Projects: Undertake special projects to support the team and provide operational insights to T-Mobile leaders. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and relevant work experience. Prior experience writing customer-facing documents. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, and competent in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
