The Office of the CFO (OCFO) offers a fast-paced and team-focused environment that supports not only T-Mobile's CFO but ensures that the dynamic organization of 1,800+ employees runs effectively. As a Project Coordinator, you will be given opportunities to grow your background in program/business management, strategy development, and implementing strategic ideas. You will collaborate across the various teams and organizations across T-Mobile by being empowered to solve challenging yet impactful problems. Are you ready to join the Un-Carrier? What you will do Program manages the total lifecycle for important meetings and events hosted by VP+ leaders by developing key deliverables, coordinating logistics planning, creating communications, and integrating with stakeholders to ensure a flawless employee experience. Own the development and execution of Finance's Rewards and Recognition Programs with a focus on employee culture, engagement, and morale by establishing Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), regularly analyzing program data to identify areas for improvements to optimize the program's impacts, and collaborate with others - executives, HR, and employees. Coordinate and execute highly visible OCFO Business Planning and Executive Operations projects with cross-organizational impacts to teams, employees, and leaders, including tasks like space planning, Rhythm of the Business (RoB) integration, communication strategy and tactic development, and data analysis. Qualifications Education Level: Bachelor's Degree required. Work Experience: Less than two yearsrequired. Excellent Microsoft Office Skills Outstanding analytical, organizational, and project management skills with strong attention to detail Excellent development of communication tactics and presentation skills Experience performing data analysis through multiple methods/tools Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity Self-starter with the ability to anticipate requirements, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines * At least 18 years of age * Legally authorized to work in the United States Travel: Travel Required (Yes/No):Yes DOT Regulated: DOT Regulated Position (Yes/No):No Safety Sensitive Position (Yes/No):No Washington Pay Range : $32.38 - $43.81 The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance, while Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives.
