This is a critical role within our team that is chartered with the executive mandate to scale our Salesforce's indirect channel presence to achieve ambitious growth targets on our path to $50 billion in revenue.ResponsibilitiesPartner with A&C strategy and other stakeholders to articulate the Marketplace vision and how it positively impacts Salesforce, and to develop and maintain the list of business priorities for executionCreate and manage project plans, monitor and review project progress and timelines for business and technology development projects, adjust schedules and plans as needed, and identify and resolve issues to ensure project success. Adopt a standard project management / development lifecycle methodology for all projectsManage day-to-day execution of project implementations. Assist with the planning, tracking, documentation and status updates for projects. Ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of projects while also ensuring that project gates and governance are properly adhered to during project executionDuring the course of a project, be the primary customer interface and perform project management activities that ensure adherence to a standardized methodology, project gates, and governance. Able to manage one or two large projects or a few small- to medium-sized interrelated projects requiring complex, cross-functional collaboration and management at the program level.Participate in end to end implementation planning including project management, issue management, communication and change management.Provide regular, proactive executive stakeholder communications regarding the status of all projects within the programPartner with IT Program Managers to create business and technical requirements and design documents for complex projects, interfacing with architects and developers as needed. Coordinate review sessions. Manage UAT with end users including coordination and user acceptance signoff.Establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with stakeholders by providing vision and future initiative roadmapping. Have difficult conversations regarding scope, budget, resources, timeline, and blockers and formally capture and communicate outcomes of those meetings.Required Qualifications5-10 years experience in a project management role and/or managing external client projects in positions of increasing responsibility in the delivery of business consulting and systems developmentSuccessfully led enterprise-level cross-functional programs and projectsAbility to drive work independently, identifying solutions, moving them to implementation, and developing long-range strategiesDevelops, maintains, and strengthens partnerships with others inside and outside the project team who provide decision making, information, or supportAchieves positive outcomes by identifying common interests, clarifying differences, and achieving consensus or compromiseCommunicates a clear, vivid, inspiring, and relevant description or picture of project benefits/value to the businessWorks to improve and reinforce performance in others; facilitates their skill development by providing clear, specific performance feedback and making or eliciting suggestions for solutions/performance improvementDemonstrates mastery in all aspects of Project Management plan-driven methodology, includingScope ManagementSchedule ManagementFinancial ManagementIssue & Risk ManagementVendor, Contract, & Resources ManagementExecution Governance /
