Amazon Corporate LLC Program Manager, Transportation Engineering Services in Bellevue, Washington

Are you excited to drive high-visibility construction and engineering solutions to help streamline Amazon's building conditions?The Transportation Engineering Services (TES) Program Manager will be primarily responsible for strategically tracking and managing the execution and deployment of building launch and expansion programs and processes that make up some of Amazon's most strategic logistical initiatives. As a TES Program Manager, you will communicate with cross-functional teams and track projects for leaders and stakeholders across the organization.RESPONSIBILITIES:* Understanding in detail the construction/ maintenance scope of work of customer requests* Communications across various parties to ensure alignment of goals and tasks to ensure the overall success of the program/ projects* Strategic planning and forecasting to appraise performance and problem resolution* Track and keep accountability for multiple deployments of complex projects simultaneously* Work within various time constraints to meet critical business needs; we work fast and hard* Creating and implementing improvements to our transportation network that deliver flexible and efficient products on behalf of our customers* Leading calls with vendors, reporting project status and following up on actions* Ability to travel up to 10% at times* Bachelor's degree required* 5+ years experience with Product/Project/Program Management* 2+ years experience in Construction/ Maintenance/ Facilities Management* 2+ years experience in an operational management / product / program or business development role* 2+ years experience managing, negotiating, and communicating with internal business partners* 2+ years experience with Excel and relational databases.* Master's degree/MBA in construction, engineering, business, supply chain, or related field* Experience with communicating effectively with executive level leadership* 8+ years of progressive responsibility in program or project management* Proven background and prior experience in a program management or operational role within a logistics, construction, engineering, or supply chain environment.* Demonstrable track record of success* Proven experience in executing program solutions in a fast paced, high growth, operational business environment* Highly organized, ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little to no guidance and tight deadlines* Proven track record of complex and creative problem solving and the desire to create and build new processesAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
