The Web Experiences Team (WebXT) spans the Microsoft ecosystem of web experiences, aligned on our principal goal to make the web a better place for everyone on the planet. WebXT is a suite of products and services that includes Bing, Microsoft News, our Advertising Platform, the new Edge browser, and Maps.
We are seeking a top performing Recruitment Operations Program Manager to play a key role in shaping the future of the WebXT organization, by building & executing on key hiring programs to attract and hire strong talent into our inclusive organization. In this cross-functional role you will report to the Microsoft Advertising Sales Excellence Leader and will partner with stakeholders across WebXT, Global Talent & Acquisition (GTA), HR & Recruiting champs to build and rollout impactful strategies to amplify recruiting efforts across WebXT. You will run an effective and visible Program Management office, always striving to remove blockers, improve end to end recruitment processes and help hiring managers engage thoughtfully in the sourcing & hiring process, ultimately hiring quality candidates in an expedient manner.
Thought leader and Strategic partner: Understand the key hiring needs of a broad set of stakeholders and partner with GTA & Hiring Managers to land and execute on agreed on recruitment strategy globally (events, scaled hiring, leadership recruitment).
Project Management Office Execution: Run an effective PMO officeensuring that all of recruitment process steps are working (PCN opening, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer, onboarding) and resolving key blockers/friction points in a timely manner. Buildand land an effective communication strategy across all stakeholder groups.
Senior level stakeholder management : Collaborate with Senior WebXT, GTA, Finance, and HR leadership to reivew hiring performance and influence where change is needed in strategy or behavior.
Facilitate Data driven decision making : Ensure appropriate data & insights are surfaced at right altitude in a timely manner to enable leadership, hiring managers and stakeholders to take timely action.
Scaled Talent Acquisition : Partner with GTA to iterate on and perfect strategy for scaled hiring (events). Partner with events team to ensure stellar candidate experience and maximize yield from event days. Learn & refine as needed.
Hiring Manager enablement : Ensure hiring managers are equipped to source and hire great talent for WebXT.

10+ years of project / program management experience
Experience working in Recruiting, HR, or Diversity & Inclusion is a plus
Demonstrated ability to communicate and manage relationships with senior leadership and stakeholders to drive results
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in an approachable manner across a geographically dispersed audience
Strong analytical skills and the ability to think strategically and programmatically
Passion for diversity & inclusion demonstrated by active advocacy or allyship in prior roles and/or outside of work
Organizational agility and ability to work successfully across a complex environment
Ability to deal with ambiguity, navigate uncertain situations, and drive for clarity
