Program Manager II BCForward is currently seeking a highly motivated Program Manager II in the Bellevue, WA. Position Title: Program Manager II Location: Bellevue, WA. Expected Duration: 3 Months Job Type: [>=40 weeks] [Contract] [Remote] Pay Range: $45 - $55/hr. on W2. Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.). Job Title: Program Manager II Duration: 3 months (high possibility of extension). Location: Bellevue, WA. Job Responsibilities: * Coordinate projects, make detailed plans to accomplish goals and direct the integration of technical activities. * Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to clients. * Recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence. * Analyse technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects. * Confer with management, production and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures. * Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates. * Direct, review and approve product designs and changes. * Consult or negotiate with clients to prepare project specifications. Typical Day in the Role: * Engaging with the team - Central capacity and Business Engineering team. * Tracking progress, meeting requests for submitting, monitoring, tracking capacity requests and efficiencies * Engaging with the central capacity team. * Sharing guidance with team, keeping everyone up to date- meetings, posts. Top 3 must-have HARD skills: * Capacity planning. Good to have skills: * Ownership. * Time sensitivity. Education/Experience: * Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. * PMI or PMP certification preferred.
