Employer: Amazon.com Services LLC Position: Program Manager II (formerly Operations Manager II) (multiple positions available) Location: Bellevue, WA Multiple Positions Available: 1. Plan, design and implement complex high-volume direct-to-consumer fulfillment processes, systems and facilities for capacity expansion and continuous improvement of worldwide fulfillment infrastructure throughout the large-scale supply chain network that increases critical-to-quality (CTQ) business needs by improving integration of people, materials, equipment, software, and finance; 2. Use Process Improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma and/or Kaizen to analyze Fulfillment Center processes and equipment and recommend and implement improvements to safety procedures, work processes and labor standards; 3. Manage a technology or integration project, successfully delivering the solution to meet project goals. 4. Manage the overall schedule, proactively mitigate risks, and keep the scope of engineering deliverables under control. 5. Work independently with internal and external engineering teams to successfully deliver cross-functional projects that are of a high-quality (e.g., on-time, on-budget, maintainable, low defects, etc.). 6. Partner with project managers and external vendors to set project priorities, establish milestones, and drive schedules to meet a deadline. 7. Up to 20% domestic/international travel required. 8. Up to 50% telecommuting possible. The pay range for this position in Bellevue, WA is $_ - _(yr); however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
