To get the best candidate experience, please consider applying for a maximum of 3 roles within 12 months to ensure you are not duplicating efforts.Job CategoryProducts and TechnologyJob DetailsProgram Manager/Senior Program Manager, AppExchange programsThe Program Manager/Senior Program Manager role will play a vital role in the AppExchange New Product Introduction (NPI) and Operations group, which drives strategic initiatives and new product availability for Independent Software Vendor (ISV) partners, to drive partner growth and ensure our business meets partner needs at optimal efficiency.This role will own and drive programs around product availability and readiness for ISV's. 'ISV readiness' workstreams include leading company-wide initiatives like Multi-Factor Authentication and Hyperforce, driving analytics and insights to share data-driven guidances for optimizing product availability roadmap. This requires deep collaboration with our Leadership, Product, Sales, Legal, Revenue Operations, Finance, and other partnering organizations across the company.This role requires a highly organized, outcome-focused individual committed to learning the AppExchange business, and is capable of engaging in both strategic decision-making and hands-on execution to perform tactical activities and help drive various initiatives to support organizational goals.Responsibilities:Drive ISV workstream (understand the scope, analyze ISV impact, drive ISV readiness) in various company-wide rollout initiatives like Multi-Factor Authentication, Hyperforce, etcPartner with key stakeholders in the NPI process to administrate the ISV Product Availability lifecycle - ISV Readiness, offering definition, launch, enhancement, or end of sale/lifePartner with AppExchange teams to maintain the accuracy of the Master Catalog of SKU's, Product Specific terms in the products offered to ISV'sManages, tracks, and provides consolidated reporting on progress.Facilitate cross-functional calls, removes blockers, and mitigates project risks maximizing team productivity and ensuring on-time delivery.Facilitate communications, partner with Product to prepare enablement assets for ISV product availability awareness & develop analytics to share data to influence the future roadmapSkills Required:5+ years experience in the SaaS industry, in a program management role, preferably with marketplaces and/or channels business exposureExperience in Product Delivery and Readiness lifecycle. Strong business and financial acumen and an understanding of the ISV ecosystem.Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills, confident communicator with the ability to present complex issues and solutions in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences.Ability to work well in a cross-functional, matrix management environment with a highly collaborative, team-oriented approach to problem-solvingStrong project/program management skills, including prioritization and ability to multi-taskAchieves positive outcomes by identifying common interests, clarifying differences, and achieving consensus or compromiseSalesforce Technology experience preferredFor Colorado-based roles: Minimum annual salary of $121,800.
