The Program Manager is part of the Node Configuration & Validation team, innovating the end-to-end internal integration experience to set our seller partners up for success. You'll be responsible for the designing, implementing, and maintaining high impact processes and supporting teams, that helps us deliver on our customer promise seamlessly. Specifically, this role will focus on driving quality and efficiency with respect to node configuration -- the process by which new sellers are integrated into multiple Amazon systems.

Key job responsibilities

  • Coordinate the executional efforts of our contractor workforce to ensure quality and efficency with respect to node configuration tasks

  • Lead the design, implementation, and delivery of a cross-functional continuous improvement projects

  • Define and deliver important programs with broad cross-functional and cross-organizational business impact

  • Bring strong, data-driven business and strategic judgment to decisions

  • Invent, evolve, improve, and simplify processes and technology requirements (when appropriate).

  • Develop business and process requirements, prioritize needs, and manage milestones and overall roadmap. -

  • Approach complex business problems, aligning divergent stakeholder teams to a common plan

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience

  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

  • Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

  • Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization

  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization

  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $59,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
