THE ROLE Firewalk Studios is looking for a Production Director who is interested in applying their passion and skills to help bring exceptional entertainment to millions of players. As our Production Director, you will be responsible for working alongside the Leadership team to ensure a strong production team, useful effective processes for regular delivery of the game and vision and strategy for production at Firewalk. In this role, you will guide your team as a force multiplier to help the rest of the team understand what is and isn't feasible, to make the best decisions possible and how best to achieve their goals in a healthy and sustainable way. WHO YOU ARE You have experience creating processes and production teams for developing and delivering a live service game. You have experience working within a larger publishing organization to represent Firewalk, work with various service groups and create strategies to leverage those groups when appropriate. Or chart our own course as appropriate. You will create and own an actionable plan aligning the organization into a single vision for continuous delivery. You will manage and weigh the impact of all decisions. You will ensure progress and challenges of the game are clearly communicated to key stakeholders. You are an active listener, aren't afraid to ask questions, and are eager to help a team get more organized, and to communicate better
