T-Mobile is a leader in providing a uniquely valuable experience on Android and we need a skilled, driven Product Operations Manager who will be a key member of our product team by monitoring product performance trends, identifying and resolving product issues, managing solution implementations and being a champion for continued process and experience improvements. Product Operations Manager will be a key subject matter expert on the operational performance of the products/services that are a part of Android Experience. This role will be responsible for proactively monitoring, analyzing and reporting on performance as well as working with other team to troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise. Product Operations Manager will also drive reliability and quality improvements and provide operational subject matter expertise for future products and services. The Product Operations Manager is expected to interpret operational product/service information, develop communication media and present insights to key stakeholders, driving action and soliciting support for products. This individual will serve as the operational Product Management resource supporting the product/service lifecycle for other T-Mobile teams such as Engineering, IT, Care, Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain. This position may have responsibilities to project manage up to six internal and external teams.. Day to day activities or responsibilities include: supporting the product lifecycle for teams such as engineering, Care, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other internal groups; researching product issues and coordinating resolution with stakeholder teams including updates to Care documentation; monitoring, tracking, and contributing to the teams understanding of their products through data and insights. This role is available in Bellevue, WA and requires a minimum of three days in office What you'll do in your role. Performance, Issue, Solution Management Measure performance against forecasted results and monitor data to identify trends which you will present to the product team in the form of reports and dashboards. Leads cross functional efforts to identify, prioritize, and conduct root cause analysis for issues as well as providing timely updates to team members including customer concern recommendations if needed. Lead efforts to implement solutions into production identifying success criteria, testing, and roll-out strategies. Continuous Improvement Monitor and recommend process improvements which will continue to improve how the team works together and delivers products. Contributes requirements into the product process to incorporate improvements into the product development process. Facilitate cross-functional root cause analyses conversations to capture findings that can be used to improve our products and processes. New Product Support Contributes functional and technical requirements for new products the support reporting and data collection ensuring that we can monitor and report on key business metrics. Keep a list of key lessons learned from new product launches and use those findings to help the team improve in future launches
