The Dynamics 365 Marketing team is looking for a talented product manager to lead our digital acquisition product management team. The D365 Marketing product team is taking marketing automation and lead management to the next level by delivering compelling, intelligent, integrated, extensible, and attractive user experiences as SaaS products designed to be consumed both on desktop and mobile. We are reimagining how we help companies achieve more and develop stronger customer relationships through intelligent and automated customer experiences. This role will own the product vision and strategy on which growth funnels to invest in for D365 Marketing such as web based trials and integration with virtual events on Teams and how to drive customer acquisition via product led growth and delightful experiences that solve critical business problems. They will be responsible for leading the team towards building easy to use and seamless experiences to increase adoption, reduce time to value and covert users trying the product to loyal paying customers.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILTIES

  • Manage, mentor, and lead a team of 4-5 product/program managers to envision and deliver on our product strategy.

  • Provide thought leadership, set a clear product strategy, and develop a product roadmap by deeply understanding customer needs, market trends and product principles.

  • Work closely with customers, engineering, user experience, marketing, and sales to build products that customers love.

  • Evangelize our products and drive customer adoption while maintaining high customer satisfaction through delightful user experiences.

  • Contribute a data driven team culture of customer obsession, collaboration, results, transparency, inclusiveness, and trust.

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 10+ years of product/program management experience with a proven track record of delivering great user experiences

  • 5+ years leading PM teams – hiring, coaching, mentoring

  • 10+ years leading cross functional teams that includes in-house engineering teams, UX research, design, and marketing

  • 10+ years of developing product/market fit, customer and competitive research, roadmap definition, backlog prioritization, and experience definition for user facing application experiences

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in SaaS based products, business applications and marketing domain is a PLUS.

  • Experience in event management and virtual events is a big plus

  • Strong written and verbal communication/presentation skills through all levels of the organization, technical and nontechnical. Native or professional fluency in English

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field
