The Broadband Business Intelligence team is responsible for partnering closely with the broadband marketing and commercial teams to provide key, actionable insights around the performance of the broadband business unit. We are seeking a candidate with experience in analyzing the commercial impacts of marketing strategies and tactics. The ideal candidate should have a curiosity for digging into detailed data to investigate the implications of marketing tactics, commercial tactics, and customer experience impacts, with the intent of surfacing insights to key leaders. The Principal Analyst, Business Intelligence is responsible for guiding the business through the analysis of advanced quantitative & qualitative data. This role requires the creation of customer-centric solutions/approaches driven by data analysis, business acumen, creativity, and effective communication. This position will be responsible for requirements & design of consolidated data structures. Present advanced business insights and findings in succinct and creative ways using data visualizations for a broad audience, including executive level communication (VP, SVP). This is a hybrid position required to be working in-office at least 3 days a week. Job Responsibilities: Support the analytic needs of the business by using data from various sources (e.g. subscriber, device, network, supply chain, & care). Guide data strategy across multiple touch points in a customer lifecycle Data storytelling from different data sources to senior management Own the process of driving core insights from available data and create strategies to improve the customer experience & performance. This will include collaborating with broadband marketing and commercial teams Early involvement in broadband projects to define data needs & incorporating those needs into the consolidated broadband analytic design Provide analysis for sales representative, supervisor, call center, partner, & financial performance Present analysis & strategies to senior management in verbal & written forms Conduct competitive analysis to inform offers & processes Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: SQL Expertise in technical tools (DataViz; SQL; automation; report/metric design; algorithms/modeling) Expert analytical, problem solving and critical reasoning skills Advanced communication/consulting, influencing and relationship management skills Advanced project leadership, coaching and mentoring skills Advanced functional knowledge (Telecom; Supply Chain; Network Technology; Procurement) Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in statistics, business, or a related field; or 7 years of related work experience. Master's/Advanced degree preferred 7 years with business intelligence tools (Azure Data Warehouse, Databricks, Snowflake, etc) 7 years in reporting & analyzing performance 7 years in advanced analytics including SQL/ETL of complex datasets, competitive analysis, quantitative analysis & research Be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously Good communication skills to all levels of technical expertise At least 18 years of age Legally authorized to work in the United States Base Pay Range: $112,400 - $202,700 Corporate Bonus Target: 20% The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role.
