In collaboration with marketing teams, it develops and manages pricing initiatives for all business segments, and secures approval for pricing proposals from executive leadership. The position supports the firm's growth and profitability goals by providing post-launch analysis, portfolio reviews and competitive landscape evaluation. It continuously assesses threats/opportunities and develops strategic competitive responses for the firm. Job Responsibilities: Develops deep understanding of industry, corporate, and customer drivers in order to conduct business performance optimization analysis Builds comprehensive financial/quantitative models to evaluate pricing opportunities and their impact on T-Mobile's overall portfolio value. Provide analytical support by framing complex pricing problems, identifying variable relationship, distilling insights from data, and communicating findings Collaborate across functions, including finance, product management, corporate strategy and sales, to manage price factors that influence customer acquisition, retention and revenue Education: Bachelor's Degree Operations Research, Applied Math, Physics, Engineering, or other quantitative field (Required) Work Experience: 4-7 years Related work experience, including, but not limited to, financial modeling and developing corporate strategy. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
