At T-Mobile, we are looking for a dynamic Planning Manager, Contact Management to be our single point of contact for WFM reporting. If you're passionate about providing deep insights into our organization's real-time performance, capacity vs demand, critical launch impacts, and opportunities, then this role is for you! Job Responsibilities: Stay Un-carrier: Analyze and monitor real-time dashboards to understand performance trends that impact the business. Drive decisions that achieve an efficient customer experience based on performance trends. Strategic Teamwork: Consult with senior leaders, partners, and multi-functional teams on demand planning vs capacity impacts, data analysis, reporting, dashboarding, and field support needs. Be a strategic partner in delivering ongoing customer experience updates. Field Support Expert: Provide field support to end-users on real-time workforce management-related data, ensuring our teams have the insights they need when they need them. Data Excellence: Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across all real-time workforce management sources and platforms. Identify and implement improvements and automation opportunities to improve data efficiency and effectiveness. Innovation is Key: Stay ahead of the latest trends and developments in data analysis, reporting, dashboarding, and field support technologies and methodologies. Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (Preferred) Requirements: 2-6 years of related experience in workforce planning (Preferred) Ability to work any scheduled assigned in a 24O7 environment. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance, while Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives.
