Office help (Bellevue) compensation: Griswold Home Care offers Competitive Wages! employment type: Part-time Office help Overview Griswold Home Care of Bellevue is seeking an individual who's good with multi tasking and is able to perform basic office duties. The responsibilities includes copying, scanning, making interview folders, data entry, calling for references and helping the office manger to keep all clients and independent contractors data updated. Training is available, however it's required to have the basic knowledge. Primary Responsibilities • Data entry after each interview • Copying and preparing interview folders • Order background check and verify references • Manage electronic reports and updating files • Manage all caregiver documents to ensure their credentials stay up to date • Schedule caregivers with clients and communicate to all parties • Update and maintain client and caregiver documentation in software • Prepare/ copy client and caregiver folders / packets • Update the office team on scheduling issues and HR recruitment needs • Perform other functions as deemed appropriate by the management team • Maintain computer schedules and ensure timely data entry for clients and caregivers • Maintain confidentiality of all information pertaining to employees and clients Required Skills And Experience • Home care and scheduling experience preferred • Proficient in computer skills and up to date with recent technology • Strong phone skills • Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure or time constraints Requirement for the applicant: • To pass a National Background check • At least 3 years administration experience • Provide 5 references, 2 personal and 3 professional • High School diploma is required • Prefer some college education or equivalent • Positive, friendly attitude and ability to work well in a close-team environment • It's a plus to be able to work full time and overtime Please be prepared to answer the following questions.
