Salesforce is looking to hire an Operations Program Manager for Government Cloud Services. Operations Program Manager will play a key role in creating policies and procedures for Salesforce GovCloud based on FedRAMP Compliance requirements stipulated by the Authorizing Officials. The candidate will focus on improving and uplifting operational excellence for GovCloud. Technical knowledge to understand the impact of changes to the infrastructure is a must have. The candidate must work with engineering teams to track operational work to delivery.

In this role, the OPM would work with Salesforce Lightning platform, multiple internal databases and warehouses, various dashboards and reporting tools, while collaborating with Data Scientists and architects, to track and report on the data in realtime and offline forums. The PM will need to work with Product teams to add metrics that are not tracked to enable reporting on the Service Levels.

Continuous Monitoring is a key requirement of Govt contracts, where tracking and reporting on customer promises is done on a regular cadence to identify and fix systemic issues to prevent deterioration or breaches of contracts. This role is key to Salesforce's ability to meet the requirements of Government contracts by providing the data to internal teams/functions as well as Government agencies.

REQUIRED

  • Relevant BA/BS degree and/or certifications (CRISC, CISSP, CCIE, CISM, CISA, CCSK)

  • 5+ years of experience in program management.

  • You have experience in security risk management, controls assessment, or configuration management.

  • You have general knowledge across off of cloud technologies, Security in particular.

  • You have worked with both business and technical risk and understand how to translate between the two and communicate to various levels of technical and business management.

  • You have familiarity with some relevant security frameworks such as FedRAMP, ISO 27001, SOC1/2, PCI, etc

  • This candidate must be a U.S. citizen (U.S. born or naturalized) who does not hold dual citizenship and agrees to complete a U.S. federal government Minimum Background Investigation (MBI) for a Moderate Public Trust position.

PREFERRED

  • MS degree with relevant experience

  • Built productive relationships with Technical Operations, Security Operations, Incident Response, Technical Compliance and other stakeholders.

  • Relevant knowledge of network engineering, systems engineering and related device engineering if appropriate as appropriate for your focus area.

  • Knowledge of, or experience working with, Cloud technologies/environments is a plus

  • Strong knowledge of security fundamentals

  • Experience with GRC tools (Metricstream, Archer, etc.)

  • 10% travel could be needed depending on role.
